Identifying Parts Speech

Reflection I was learning about parts of speech. I found it confusing as I am not sure of nouns, verbs and adjectives. I need to listen more carefully.

Did You Ever Poem

I was learning to write a poem using simple imagery. I found this tricky because I didn't use punctuation  correctly.  I learnt about verbs  and  nouns. A buddy helped me to create a slide.

Welcome to my Year 4 learning blog.  This year  I am in room 12 and my teacher is Mrs Prendergast.

I enjoy reading.  A goal I have this year is to try and make sure I put capital and full stops in my writing.

WALT: Create a collaborative piece of art.

I was learning to draw a x pattern and you need to draw squares,
lines and circles. I know how to do patterns and squares. 
I can do that because it is cool. It was tricky. It was easy too  because I know how to do this.

I was learning to summarise the main ideas in the book.  Now I know how to summarise. It was tricky to upload the picture.

WALT: draw a volcano.

I was learning to draw a volcano.

Now I know how to draw a volcano.

It was tricky to draw a volcano because the steps were hard.
